Lean & Mean Consulting is an Operations Management Consulting company with over 12 years of vast experience in providing solutions for driving Lean Operational Excellence.

Lean & Mean Consulting has, since 2004 provided organizations with new and highly-effective support in Lean transformation. So far, has been involved in over 100 challenging projects delivered to various organizations throughout the world (Europe, China, Turkey, both Americas), and has provided over 2500 hours of training and coaching in the ways of the Lean Management Academy.
